Admissions & Transfer Credit Information

To be admitted into the RN to BSN program, students must have:

  • Graduated from an ACEN-accredited ASN or diploma program
  • Completed 30 credits of required BSN prerequisite courses, including:

Additionally, registered nurses with an active RN license in the U.S. or a jurisdiction that is an associate member of the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) will receive 60 transfer credits for their completed RN degree. This significantly reduces the number of credits required to graduate to 120 total semester hours .
